Lucy graduated from Fox High School in 1992 and obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Legal Studies from Murray State College in 1994.
She joined the firm in August 2000 and has since become a cornerstone of its daily operations. In her multifaceted role as Office Manager, Paralegal to Scott Gallagher, and Bookkeeper, Lucy oversees both the organizational and legal support functions that keep the practice running efficiently. Her more than twenty years of experience in personal injury litigation and law office administration give her a seasoned perspective and a meticulous approach that clients and colleagues alike can rely on.
Beyond the office, Lucy devotes her time to family. She and her husband, Tommy, have two daughters. Delaney is currently studying Education at Oklahoma State University, while Keely, a graduate of OSU with a degree in Strategic Communications, serves as Marketing Director for the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Keely and her husband, Brody, live in Oklahoma City with their two children, Henry and Hadley, making Lucy a proud grandmother as well as a mother.
Kelsey was born and raised in Southern Oklahoma, a 2009 graduate of Dickson High School. She credits her small-town roots with instilling the values of integrity, loyalty, and hard work.
She has been with the firm since 2017, where she serves as a paralegal to Steve Oliver. She plays an essential role in supporting clients and ensuring cases are handled with both care and efficiency. Her professionalism, paired with her approachable nature, has made her a trusted resource for clients.
In 2012, Kelsey married her husband, Tanner, and together they have a blended family of three children and two grandkids. Their younger kids attend Plainview Schools, where they are actively involved in football, baseball, and wrestling. In her free time, you can find her cheering from the bleachers, helping with school events, or spending time with her family.
Andrea Soto was born and raised in Ardmore, Oklahoma, where she has long been part of its vibrant Hispanic community. She is married to Eleazar Soto, and together they have built their life in Ardmore, raising two children since 2019.
Andrea earned her GED through Workforce Solutions Texoma in Gainesville, Texas, in May 2012. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she takes pride in bridging language gaps and serving as a resource for clients from diverse backgrounds.
In March 2024, Andrea joined Little Oliver Gallagher PLLC as the firm’s receptionist. In this role, she manages the front desk with professionalism and warmth, greeting clients, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every visitor. Her bilingual skills and community roots allow her to connect with clients in a meaningful way, making her an integral part of the team.
In her spare time, Andrea loves to watch her children’s recreational soccer games, finding joy in supporting them and being involved in their activities.
